Kee'lan Antonio Laster

Kee’lan Antonio Laster was born on December 5, 1994 in Gary, Indiana to Bruce A. Thomas and Yvette Laster. Kee’lan moved to MN at the age of 11months old. He grew up in Chanhassen, MN and attended Chanhassen High School. Where he played 3 positions in Football and Wrestling. His hobbies were Barber, Tattooing, Skateboarding, and Freestyle Drawing. He worked at General Mills as a Production Worker.

Kee’lan attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at an early age of his life.

Kee’lan was a member of an Apprentice Freemasonry, AF&AM Lodge #113, Excelsior, MN and had converted over to Islam 6 months prior of his passing. Kee’lan transitioned on January 15, 2022.

Kee’lan is proceeded in death by his Sister Tony’ee Jenee Thomas his Maternal Grandparents Jeanella, Clem Lee Laster Sr, Aunts Leola Laster, Teresa Brown, Uncle Carnell, God Mother Kenya Polk, Cousin Nathan Blacknell, God Grandfather Carlton Davis Sr. Paternal Grandparents (Shirley William Coleman, Bruce Thomas, and Lloyd L. Williams

Kee’lan leaves to mourn his Mother Yvette Laster, his Father Bruce A. (Tammy), his Sister Tony’a Thomas, Niece Maliyah Momanyi, Grandmother Valerie (Don) Thomas, of IN Godmother Lillie Blacknell of TX, Godfather Steve Trimble and host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. There was a private viewing and cremation for family only on Wednesday January 26th, 2022 at Crescent Tide. There will be a bigger celebration for him and his Sister at a later date.
