God saw you getting tired

When a cure was not to be.

So he wrapped his arms around you,

and whispered "come unto me"

You didn't deserve what you went through,

and so he gave you rest.

God's garden must be beautiful,

He only takes the best.

So when i saw you sleeping,

so peaceful and free from pain.

I could not wish you to come back,

to suffer that all again.

Kathleen Laun (Running), Age 57, of Stillwater, MN, Passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones, on February 9th, 2023. Preceded in death by parents Lee & Marilyn Running, Brothers David, Robert & Charles, Sister Mary Jo. Survived by her Loving Husband Nelson, Sons Jesse Novak & Nathaniel (Andrea) Novak, Step-Daughters Heather & Nicole, Grandchildren Ava & Nolan. Brothers William (Lynn) Running, Dan (Selena) Running, Sisters Mary (Michael) Ferraro, Dianne Nobles, Deanne Running. Many Nieces and Nephews, Relatives and Friends. Celebration of Life will be held on March 25th, 2023 from 1:00-4:00pm at the North Saint Paul Legion.
