June P. Cherrier (Obituary)

June P. Cherrier (96) passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 11th, at 10:45 a.m. at The Meadow Senior Living in Savage, Minnesota.

June was a loving grandmother, great grandmother, and devoted mother who went to be with her Lord Jesus, reunited with her husband John H. Cherrier and son James Cherrier.

She is survived by her children Joan Cherrier, Janet Cherrier, and Jerome Cherrier; grandchildren Jesse (Emily) Cherrier, Jennie Cherrier, Jammie (Dan) Westphal, and Anthony Cherrier; and sister Adaline Boe (Harrington), extended family Jennifer Lind and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Cherrier; son, James Cherrier; and siblings Willis Harrington, Maynard Harrington, Beulah Harrington, and Jean Cherrier, Aleen Harrington.

A memorial service will be held at the Holiday Inn Bloomington, 1201 W 94th Street, Bloomington, MN 55431, on Saturday, October 18th.

    •    Visiting with family and friends: 10:30–11:30 a.m.

    •    Memorial Service: 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

Flowers for the memorial may be sent to the Holiday Inn on Friday or Saturday morning.

June will be deeply missed by her family and friends. It was her prayer that her passing would draw her family closer together in love and faith.
