Beloved Daughter, Sister and Mother

Born and raised in Citrus Heights, California, Judy graduated from Casa Roble High School in 1971 where she was a Rally girl, and attended Sierra College where she was a cheerleader and met her first Husband. She worked for Sunrise Park and Recreation for many years until relocating to Pennsylvania with her second husband. There she worked for York College as an instructor in the I.T. department and raised her son Paul. Judy enjoyed entertaining and gardening, but her greatest love was raising her son. They eventually moved back to Roseville, California where she began her battle with a rare blood cancer. Judy moved to St. Paul, Minnesota in 2019 to receive supportive care near her sister Diane.

Judy is survived by her son Paul Sherman, and siblings Charles Raff, Carolyn Walker, and Diane Graham-Raff. She also leaves behind two step-children and their families, cousins, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday November 12, 2023 at Episcopal Homes Chapel - 1840 University Ave. W. St. Paul at 2:00 PM. Interment will be at Sylvan Cemetery, Citrus Heights, CA.
