Judith C. Lentz, 75, of Park Rapids passed away on June 14, 2022 at the Essentia Health in Fargo, ND.

Judy was born January 28, 1947 to Waino and Lucille Hill in Minneapolis, MN. She grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from Patrick Henry High School in 1965.

On September 4, 1970 she was united in marriage to Russell Lentz in Fridley, MN. They made their home in Andover, MN where they raised their son, James.

Judy worked for several type-setting companies in the Minneapolis area as a key-liner and proof-reader. She was a commercial artist. After moving to Park Rapids she drove school bus for several years.

Judy enjoyed sewing, camping and pontoon rides. Her dog, Tia, was special. Judy enjoyed going for walks until her arthritis wouldn’t let her anymore. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Judy is survived by her husband, Russell Lentz of Park Rapids, MN; son, James Lentz of Fargo, ND; grandchildren, Tyler (Aracely) Lentz, and Maia Lentz.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Waino and Lucille; and daughter, Erica Lentz.
