Judy Alice Diehl, 65 of Morris, MN died peacefully on Thursday, April 6, 2023, in Bemidji, MN.

Judy was born November 20, 1957, in Redwood Falls, MN, the daughter of Harlan and Dolores (Wagner) Otto. She was raised in Redwood Falls and graduated from Morris Area High School.

Throughout her life, she loved being with family, spending time outdoors, and caring for others. She volunteered at church and as an election judge for many years. She retired from the Stevens County Sheriff’s Office after 34 years in Emergency Communications.

Judy treasured spending time with her grandchildren, fishing, and house boating. She was a devoted member of the Evangelical Free Church in Morris, MN.

Judy is survived by her children, Jesse (Shelley) Diehl and Melinda (François) Neville, 5 grandchildren, Lily, Lucas, Aaron, Abby, and David, siblings, Kathy (Dan) Dugan, George (Janthima) Otto, Muriel (Ralph) Steinhauer, and Tim (Joy) Otto, brother-in-law, Mike Norris.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Mary Norris.
