Joseph Raymond Higgins, Age 68 of Minneapolis , passed away on November 2nd.

Preceded in death by Father, Donald, Siblings, Lindy and Greg.

Survived by Mother, Marcella, Siblings, Chris, Dave, Pam/Mike, Judy/Larry.

Aunt Eleanor and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Private services will be held on a future date.

The family would like to thank the staff at Providence Place, Allina Hospice, and Doulas, Jane and Nell, for Joe's care and compassion given during this difficult time.
