Beloved Uncle

Joseph Michael Erickson, age 65, passed away on Saturday, May 4th 2024 after a long history of health problems. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Joan (Ackland) Erickson and his sister Deborah Hillstrom. He is survived by his brothers Charles (Patricia), John and Jason as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Joe loved being an uncle, had a very generous nature and a sarcastic sense of humor. As teens and young adults, his nieces knew they could count on him for a hug and for him to be a calm and non-judgmental listener. He is remembered fondly by his friends and neighbors at Sonoma Apartments. His family takes comfort in him no longer being in pain and hopes his soul is now at peace. Joe was so loved and will be deeply missed.
