life story

Jonathon Forrest Price was born in Minneapolis, MN on May 1st, 1993. He passed away at his home in Minneapolis on November 28th, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Kim.

He is survived by life partner Hayden Leroy. His father, Kurt Price, siblings Jake, Kate, and Joe Price. Nephew Rae Rae. Grandma T. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and loyal friends.

John was raised in Woodbury, MN and graduated from Stillwater Area High School in 2011. Growing up and throughout his life John was a voracious reader. He loved video games. John was intensely passionate about music. He loved listening to it, dancing to it, creating it, and being around other people who shared this passion. He attended many raves and music festivals. John was a DJ. His stage names included DJ Priceless Forrest and J-Price. As a queer person, John found a lot of joy in being a part of the Twin Cities LGBTQ+ community. As an intellectual, John loved engaging in deep and meaningful conversations around a wide range of topics. John will be missed immensely and his loved ones will forever hold him in their hearts.

Services will be held on Sunday, Dec 5th from 1pm-4pm at Station 10 Gatherings: 754 Randolph Ave., St. Paul, MN 55102. Speakers will begin at 2:30pm.

A celebration of John's life to be held on Sunday at Station 10 Gathering. Between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. A program with tributes and music will begin at 2:30pm. The venue address has been updated.
