Survived by his sisters Emma and Norma (Nicki). Daughters Jennifer (Jeremy), and Genevieve (Daniel). Along with his well loved grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many other cherished family members.

Joe was born in Mexico City, at a young age his family immigrated to America where he was raised in Texas with his sisters. After graduating high school he enrolled into the United States Air Force, he served 4 years during the Vietnam War. Joe loved his Jesus. Joe loved to sing and his gift of song was admired by all that heard it. He will be remembered most for his humor, generosity and charm.
