JIMMY LEE DOMINGUS

life story

Jimmy was a funny and loving man who died on October 19, 2022, in Crossville, TN, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Gary, IN, on October 23, 1956. He lived and worked most of his life in Florida except for a year he spent in Iraq as a civilian contractor delivering fuel for the military. He retired in 2014 and moved to Eastern Tennessee which he loved very much. He leaves behind his partner, Theresa LaShare, her 3 children (Tony, Kaity and Matthew and their 5 children), and his beloved dog Salty. He is also survived by his two children, Jimmy Ray Domingus and Gina Clutter; six siblings, Linda Terry, John Domingus, Brenda Domingus, Mary Domingus, Michael Domingus and Alice Gissendanner. In addition to 4 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, as well as many friends and loved ones. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Ellis and Mary Joyce Domingus.

Jimmy requested cremation. In the spring of 2023, at his favorite spot in Tennessee, a memorial and release of his ashes will take place.
