Dear Father, Husband & Friend

Jeffrey Charles Lund, 59, of Lakeville, Minnesota, passed away peacefully in the early hours of February 25, 2021, surrounded by his wife and children. Jeff had battled liver failure bravely for nearly two years, fighting with courage and laughter each day.

Jeff was born on 11/15/1961 in Minneapolis, MN to Leo and Algena Lund. He graduated from Minneapolis Lutheran High and received an accounting degree from Lamson Business College in Tuscon, AZ.

Jeff is survived by his wife of 30 years, Cindy (Robertson) Lund, daughter Josi Lund, grandson Ryker and sons Spencer and Samuel Lund.

Jeff loved to laugh and was a big fan of comedy. A few of his favorite comedians were the late Sam Kinison and Mitch Hedburg, who we hope met him for some laughs when he arrived in Heaven. Jeff said it was his goal to make someone laugh every day, even if it was just the random telemarketer. He loved silly sitcoms and goofy t-shirts and anything that brought a smile to your face.

He loved his last 5 years in Florida and the friends he made there. He enjoyed working at the Daytona International Speedway. He especially enjoyed the Saturday night concerts at the Daytona Beach band shell, listening to tribute bands with the ocean in the background. He loved being able to go get the mail in his bare feet, which was one of the things he missed most upon his return to Minnesota.

Jeff's laughter, kindness and generosity will be missed every day - until we meet again.

There will be a private family service held at a later date.
