About Jeanne

Jeanne Juettner Robinson, 92, our beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2022, at her home of 59 years with her family.

Jeanne was a lifetime resident of South Minneapolis.

A seasonal resident of Grand Marais, she and her husband Charles owned a home near Croftville.

She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School and Macalester College and a member of Mayflower Church for over 65 years.

When her children were young, she and her husband Charles were active members of the Page Elementary School PTA and particularly enjoyed putting on plays as fundraisers.

Her career began as a teacher; she later worked as a technical editor and writer at Honeywell. As a dedicated member of AAUW and PEO, she had many friends in both organizations.

She enjoyed history, plays, operas, and symphonies.

Jeanne loved spending time in Grand Marais and treasured European trips with each of her children.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles and parents, Anne and Arthur Juettner.

She is survived by children, Anne, Ruth & John (Andrea Abel) Robinson; grandchildren, Kevin, Corey, and Taylor Parsons, and Anna & Sydney Robinson.
