A spunky artist, educator, humanitarian, lover of reading

Jan was a social butterfly who shared the sparkle in her eyes with any child and baby she met. Janice created a life of family and philanthropy, donating her time to teach ESL at Christ Lutheran Church, host foreign exchange students, and work with special education families in her career as an educator. On a typical week, you would find Janice with a stack of books next to her, reading, which remained a great joy throughout her lifetime.

Janice was married to Semore throughout their lifetime, enjoying world travels together through their loving and joyful 60 year marriage. Janice is survived by her four children, eight grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
