Janice Marie Mumford

With love and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Mumford. Janice was a strong and resilient woman who courageously battled many health challenges over the years, facing each one with determination, grace and quiet strength.

Janice was a cosmetologist who spent her career helping others feel beautiful and confident. She had a natural gift for her craft and connecting with people.

She was blessed with the opportunity to travel the world in the company of friends and family, experiencing different cultures, beautiful landscapes, and countless moments of laughter. Those adventures became some of her most treasured memories. She loved cooking for those she cared about. She found great joy in gardening and took pride in watching her flowers and plants flourish. Janice was deeply creative and had a passion for crafts and decorating, always finding a ways to make life and home feel warm and inviting.

Above all she treasured her family and spending time with them. She is survived by her daughter, Tifany Mumford; her grandson, Bradey Partyka (Mikayla); her granddaughter, Jenna Partyka; and her brother, Ralph Wiebusch (Mariann).

She is proceeded in death by her husband, Thomas Mumford; her son, Tye Mumford; her parents, Harlem and Lorena Wiebusch; and her sister,Phyllis Scharlemann (Floyd).

Janice's strength, creativity, laughter and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be missed and forever remembered.
