Jan Sue "Janice" Bailey, beloved wife, mother, and sister, passed away peacefully at home in Kansas City, Kansas, at 9:18 am on January 16, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on December 26, 1947, in Vancouver, Washington, Jan lived a life filled with love and devotion to her family.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years and best friend, Kevin Bailey; their son, Sean Bailey; and her two children from a previous marriage, Stephanie Passonno with grandson Harley Waters and Anthony Passonno. She also leaves behind her brother, Mike Gamble and his wife Sue.

Jan was known for her kind heart and willingness to help others. Her sense of humor and occasional candidness endeared her to those who knew her best. She had a way of making people laugh while staying true to herself—a quality that made her all the more cherished.

To Kevin, Jan was not only a loving partner but his entire world. Her presence brought joy and meaning to his life in ways words cannot fully capture. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

May her memory bring comfort to those she loved and inspire kindness in all who remember her.
