Jana Lynn Surratt, 41, of Springfield, Illinois, passed away on 05/28/2023 at Memorial Hospital in Springfield.

She was born to parents Carl J. Hart and Rita A. Oliver, on 08/03/1981 in Springfield, Illinois.

She survives by her husband, Richard Surratt of Springfield, 2 half-sisters, Olivia Hart of Springfield and Lauren Doerr (Colton) of Petersburg. 1 step-daughter, Elizabeth Irene White-Surratt of Hiltons, VA.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Leonard Hart and brother-in-law, Jacob Charles Surratt.

Jana enjoyed reading and watching TV crime shows. She married Richard Dean Surratt Jr. November of 2019 in Springfield, IL.
