Many cousins and friends

Jim was a quiet, reserved person. He had a strong faith. Jim regularly read the Bible and attended church as often as he could. He was a loving person with a gentle soul. He loved family gatherings, fishing, watching sports (Twins and Vikings) and going to the casino. Jim enjoyed going on trips and spending time with family and friends. Jim would always be in your corner and celebrate your successes. He was so supportive and would share how proud he was of his family. Jim was an incredibly giving person. He would give what he had; even if that meant he would go without. He loved to volunteer his time at church and “The Mission.” Jim enjoyed the warmer weather and frequently would say “Brrr it’s cold”, even when the temp was warm. Jim had a very strong relationship with his mom and had a quiet presence in looking over her. Jim’s struggle with mental illness, never took away from the incredible person that he was. Jim was taken all too soon from us; but we know that he is reunited with his mom and big brother, Rick. Jim is deeply loved by his family and friends and will be missed by us all.
