A lifelong resident of White Bear Lake James was preceded in death by an infant daughter and parents Idalia Ingvalson and Clifford Mooney, both of Austin Minnesota. Survived by wife Glenda and Children James, Seattle WA and Leslie (Tom) Taber of Anoka. Jim is also survived by Grandchildren Dee and Raina Mooney, Seattle and Jack Edward, White Bear Lake. Siblings Patricia (David) Maccabee, Sandra (Walter) Morton, Karen (Kingsley) Dorholt, and Vernon Mooney also many nieces & nephews and many dear lifelong friends.
