Loving Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother and Friend

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved mother, wife, grandmother, and friend, Jacqueline Sue Cook, whose radiant spirit left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her. She departed this world on 12/10/2025, leaving behind a legacy built on kindness, strength, and unwavering love.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Avis Fellman and brother Douglas. She is survived by, her husband of 44 years, Thomas Cook, children Christina (Brian), Tara (Chuck) and Tomi (Marcus). Cherished grandchildren, C.J. (Kasey), Anna, Dawn, Harmony and Noah. Her 5 sisters, two brothers, and many nieces & nephews. Her love for them knew no bounds.

Jackie was also known for her steadfast work ethic, yet no matter how busy life became, she always made time for others. To many, she was a confidant, a shoulder to lean on, and a source of comfort. Truly, she was a friend to all. She will be deeply missed, remembered, and forever treasured. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help with final expenses, your kindness and generosity are deeply appreciated as we honor Jackie’s memory.
