Jacob Daniel Hafiz (“Jake or Jakey”), 29, passed away on January 3, 2025. Jake was born July 6, 1995 to Pamela LaValle and Jim Hafiz. Jake truly knew that it was more blessed to give than receive. His generosity knew no bounds. Jake chose to live his life through acts of generosity and kindness and providing for all those around him. Even after his death, Jake gave the gift of life to four (4) people by donating his heart, kidneys, and liver. Jake was a loving father, brother, son, and uncle. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
Jake is survived by his large and loving family; his mom, Pamela LaValle (Jerry); his son, Elijah Hafiz; his girlfriend Ariana Bannon; his brothers and sisters, Heather Cunningham (Jesse), Alishia Salmon (David), John Martin (Holly), Jason Martin (Nicole), Jordan Hafiz (Laura), Katie Martin, Matthew Hafiz, MaryKae, Kasey Jo, Marke; his nieces and nephews, Olivia, Henry, Tracen, Howie, Britain, Millie, Iliana, Lenson, Macy and Hazel.
Jake is preceded in death by his father, Jim Hafiz and Sister-in-love Alanna Hill.
Celebration of Life will be held at Serenity Village Community Church 4100 Douglas Dr. N. Crystal, MN 55422 on February 8, 2025. The showing will be at 1:30 p.m. and main service will be at 2:00 p.m. followed by fellowship and food.
