A loving husband, father and grandfather

On Sunday, February 15th, Howard Robert Swanson passed peacefully at home surrounded by family. Proceeded in death by his parents, Robert and Evelyn Swanson, and his siblings Marlene (Vernon) Munkelwitz and Wayne (Millie) Peterson. He is survived by his wife, Donna Swanson. His five daughters, Michelle (Jeremy) Tietz, Debra Swanson, Nancy (Patrick) Pogue, Amanda Swanson, and Jessica Swanson (Reed Asher). Fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He will be remembered as a loving, humorous and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, March 6, 2026 from 12 pm - 3 pm at The Social Space in New Richmond, WI. (546 West North Shore Drive, Suite 200, New Richmond, WI
