Elandus “Smitty” Smith was born May 12, 1958 in the Union of R.D and Merlene Smith in Dallas,Tx.

Elandus received his formal education from David W. Carter High School in Dallas,Tx. He continued his education at El Centro College.

Elandus United his Union with Sharon Wells and was blessed with one child.

He was employed at Raytheon where he retired and started his Construction Business.

In his leisure enjoyed, fishing, playing dominoes, and dancing.

Elandus Lyndell departed life August 12,2021. He was proceeded in death by father R.D. Smith and Merlene Forman Smith.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife; Sharon Smith, children; Latoya Barrington, Justin, Stacey, Brianna, Larry, eight grandchildren, brothers; Erastus and Marcus, sister; Till, and a host of relative and friends.
