About Helen

Helen was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Helen and Henry Heath. Helen was one of five kids. She graduated from Vocational High School in ‘72.

Helen moved to Brooklyn Center where she raised her two children, Brian and Teri before moving to Anoka where she spent the last almost 20 years.

During her time in Brooklyn Center, Helen fostered many children, including Aaron who she always thought of as a bonus kid.

Helen is survived by her daughter Teri, her son Brian (Emma) and grandchildren Logan and Eleanor.

A special thank you to Andrew B for being there for Helen later in life to help her be able to live on her own.

A small celebration of Helen’s life will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 12 – 2 pm Northwoods Park Building, 7600 107th Ave N , Brooklyn Park, MN 55445
