Gina Pavareh Gurganus age 55 born in Alton Illinois, passed away May 23rd at home with loved ones.

Gina loved baking and made many deserts and treats for her family through out the years. Gina and her created a family cookbook and handed it out to everyone on Christmas one year. So the legacy of family recipes could be passed on from generation to generation. Gina graduated from MTI in 2018 with her certification in medical billing and coding. She worked for Easter Seals and enjoyed her job very much. Surviving is her daughter Kati 35 years and her son Barry 30 years. Her three grandchildren Maurien 15 years, Amya 14 years, and Madison 2 years. She loved spending time with her family and loved traveling. She was preceded in death by her mother Patricia, her father James, and her sister Leah. Cremation rights will be accorded and no other services will be held. A private celebration of life will be planned and invites will be sent out to close friends. Family does request privacy at this time and will reach out when ready.
