Gary Michael Graham, “Mr Big’s”, of Blaine, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on February 23rd, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 17, 1955 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Gary proudly served his country in the 1st Division of the United States Marine Corps from 1972 to 1974. During his enlistment, he received a Letter of Accommodation for concern for humanity, a testament to his character and dedication. He carried these values throughout his life. Gary was a highly skilled finish carpenter, taking immense pride in the quality of his craftsmanship.
A true outdoorsman, Gary had a deep passion for hunting and fishing. He found peace and joy in nature, often sharing these experiences with loved ones. He had a soft spot for animals of all kinds.
Gary enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved travel, spending time with family and friends, particularly in his garage where a cold beer, laughter, and stories flowed freely. He was a social butterfly no matter where he was.
Gary will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will be held dear in the hearts of family and friends. He definitely left the earth a better place than he found it. He looked for the best in others and gave the very best he had.
He is survived by his wife, Paula (Anderson) Graham, his children: Jason, Dustin(Carla),Lee, Scott, and Melinda, Grandchildren: Preston, Dalton, Payton (Koby), Oscar, Alexis, Dylan, Ava, Paisley, and his great granddaughter Lacey. Brothers and sisters: Sandy(Charlie), Barbara Jean (Stuart), Guy (Sarah), Jean (Keith), Barb,Sue ( Marv),Dennis, Danny (Angela). Nieces and nephews, and his beloved huskies...
There will be military honors at Fort Snelling on April 17th at 1:15. Gary’s “Happy Trails” gathering (loved westerns and war movies) will follow from 3-5:30 pm at the Crooked Pint . 1734 Adolphus St. Maplewood, MN 55117. All are welcome!
