Felicia Villamor Miller "Flo"

Felicia Villamor Miller "Flo", age 80, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2025, in St. Paul, Minnesota, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on December 29, 1944, in Pennarubia, Abra, Philippines, Felicia lived a life marked by kindness, compassion, and generosity.

Affectionately known as “Flo,” she was cherished for her gentle spirit and thoughtful nature.

She built a life in MN with her family, touching many with her warmth and compassion. Felicia found joy in life’s simple pleasures. An avid reader, she delighted in books, enjoyed gardening and the beauty of flowers. She also enjoyed exploring thrift stores for hidden treasures and embraced the fun of visiting casinos and playing bingo. She is survived by her three children: Marie (David) Pryzblak of Chaska, Minnesota; Cyril (Brenda) Miller of St. Paul, Minnesota; and Joe (Angie) Miller of Norfolk, Virginia. Felicia’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to all who were fortunate enough to share in her life.
