Paul
Ellsworth better know as Paul was born in Cincinnati Ohio Sept 3rd, 1961. He grew up in Kentucky and Indiana. At age 13 he began his adventure and left home. He learned many ways to survive. In 1977 he was working for the telephone company which brought him to Minnesota. He quickly became close friends with Steve Houle who took him under his wing and guided him. Later on Paul worked at Steve's bar cooking to prepare for the food truck.
In 1988 he met Doreen and they were married April 27th, 1990. Paul was very smart and talented. From fixing vehicles to remodeling he was never afraid to tackle another project.
In 2002 Paul and Doreen opened Imperial Medical Supply store. While selling all medical supplies Pauls favorite was scooters. It gave clients the freedom to get out. He sold scooters at the Minnesota State Fair for 5 years. His clients loved him and trusted him.
Pauls mind was always thinking. He would think of ways to better our business. He always strived to do better.
His personality was fun loving and adventurous making him a favorite of the nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In 2017 Paul built our first food trailer. Paul went through the state of Minnesota. He built the trailer from nothing to a full running food trailer. He put in the electricty, walls, vents, exhaust, shelving, water tanks, flooring, lighting. He designed where the equipment would go and got everything approved by the state. What a talented man. We went to events every weekend throughout the summer and really enjoyed it. By the fall of 2017 Paul told Doreen next year we will have a food truck. Doreen knowing the cost had her doubts. Well Paul loved a challenge. He did find a truck, did build it out and got it approved from the state. Paul painted the outside a bright green and Shayla and Morgan painted the design on the outside of a fishing chicken. We enjoyed the truck until the covid started and all of our events got cancelled.
Paul like I said loved a challenge. He loved to buy things and resell them at the flea markets. He loved the hunt. Many of the vendors became his friends along with many of the shoppers.
Another thing Paul met many friends at bowling. He bowled on several leagues. He bowled with his nieces Charity and Rako and nephews Cody and Mike. He was a good bowler and bowled his 300 game on 02/06/2014 and received a ring.
Paul went to Big Sandy camp in 1988 or 1989 with Doreen's brothers John and Ed and accepted Jesus as his savior! He reserved his seat in heaven. He attended Rockford Alliance and Buffalo Evangelical churches.
Paul passed unexpectedly from complications of an aortic aneurysm and blood clots.
Paul was loved by many and will be greatly missed!!
