life story

Eileen Pemrick (Vassar) of Plymouth, MN passed away gently on October 11, 2024 after a long and joyful life spent with her beloved husband, Don Pemrick.  Known for her creativity, boundless optimism and trademark bright red lips, she lit up every room she entered with grace, kindness, and overflowing warmth. 

Eileen had a gift for making everyone around her feel special and loved, and was cherished by all who knew her.  She is survived by her ever-adoring husband, Don, her 3 incredibly grateful children (Lisa, Wende and Michael), and her 6 grandchildren (Veronica, Ava, Frank, Ethan, Tyler and Zoe).
