Age 71, of St. Anthony. Passed away January 28, 2021. Preceded in death by parents, Bernard and Alice; brothers, Jarrell and Curtis; in-laws, Duane and Harriet Gibbons. Survived by wife, Diane; children, Benjamin (Kathy Klemm) and Anna (Darrek Aarre); grandchildren, Izabella, Kazimierz, Josephine, Caleb, Aundra, and Sven; brothers, Maynard (Charlene) and Bernard (Susann); sisters, Ann Nesje (Merald) and Janice Seifert (James); sister-in-law, Marlene; godsons, Brian Casey and William Dulon; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Don graduated from Roosevelt High School and the University of MN and worked in funeral service, hospice care, and non-profit development. He loved being a poet; haiku was his specialty. “crescent moon, sometimes faith is all, that is left.” The family thanks Catholic Eldercare on Main and Allina Hospice for their care.
