Dominic T. Reed

Dominic T. Reed, 39, beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 9, 2025. 

Dom was a registered nurse. Working for the Mayo Clinic and HCMC, he preferred public health and loved helping those in need. Dom had a spirit that yearned to be free and well-traveled, whether exploring Europe and falling in love with Italy and Spain, visiting Turkey, or touching the end of the world in Ushuaia, Argentina.

Dom is survived by his parents David and Dawn Reed; his brother Dan and niece Clara Reed; his brother Dustin and sister-in-law Jackie Reed; aunt Carolanne Ybarra; aunt Debbie Ybarra and uncle Jeff Merkt; aunt Elizabeth and uncle Chris Serakos; uncle Carl Ybarra; and cousins Leo (Roz) Serakos and Jeremy (Anakaren) Serakos. Dom will be missed by many other relatives and friends in Minnesota and on both coasts. 

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., at The Fairways at Edinburgh Community Room, 8617 Edinbrook Crossing, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to NAMI Minnesota or to the giver’s choice.
