Dolores J. "Dee" Lutz

Lutz, Dolores J. “Dee” age 96, of Burnsville, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 30, 2025. Known for her faith, warmth, style, sense of humor, and steadfast love for her family. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew her. Preceded in death by parents, Louis and Sophie Safranski; husband of 64 years Eugene Lutz; siblings Irene, Lucille, Ted, Trudy and Daniel; and her beloved son Danny. Survived by her children Colleen (Bob), daughter-in-law Michele, Jeannie (Karl), and Jeff (Julie); grandchildren Jesse (Elizabeth), Andy (Stephanie), Cheryl (Sammy), Bridget (Arthur), Lori (Zach), Amanda (Mark), Ben (Grace), Elise (Matt), Michael (Liz), Katie (Bryan); Great-Grandchildren William, Noah, Ethan, Dylan, Claire, Adrian, Anna, Andy, Braydon, Kendall, Harrison, Aaiden, Joseph, Hannah, Elizabeth, and Raylee; and sisters-in-law Pat Harrington and Mary Lutz. Visitation will be held at the Catholic Church of Christ the King, 5029 Zenith Ave S, Minneapolis, MN on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. and a luncheon to follow. Dolores will be laid to rest at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date in a private family ceremony.
