Debra Jean Lund, age 64 passed away peacefully on January 13, 2026.

Debra was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and strong spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. She had a deep love for life’s simple joys and found happiness in the things that made her feel most at home.

She was a devoted Minnesota Vikings fan and Sundays were sacred—game day was non-negotiable. Gardening brought her peace, and she especially loved watching hummingbirds flutter through the yard. Lighthouses fascinated her, symbolizing the comfort and guidance she provided to others. Debra adored dogs, enjoyed country music, and never turned down a chance to try her luck gambling.

She also had her favorite TV shows, and everyone knew not to interrupt her when they were on. Those quiet moments were hers to enjoy, and she cherished them.

Above all else, Debra loved her family. She was proud of her children and grandchildren and treasured every moment spent with them.

She is survived by her sons Jason Lund, Justin Lund, and Travis Lund; her daughters-in-law Brooke Lund, Sadie Lund, and Leah Gunderson; her grandchildren Gage Lund, Devin Lund, Tyra Lund, Hunter Lund, Rylnn Lund, Lacie Lund, and Hardin Lund; her brother Dan; her sisters Darla and Dixie; and her sister-in-law Jeanette.

Debra was preceded in death by her husband David Lund, her mother Gloria Hansen, and her father Dwayne Birdsall.

Debra will be remembered for her love, her loyalty, her humor, and the comfort she brought to those around her. She will be deeply missed but forever loved.
