Loving sister, friend, and aunt

Deborah Clare Stowe (Elmstedt), 69, of Saint Paul, Minnesota, passed away at home on March 9th, 2026.

She was born on July 25th, 1956, in St. Paul to Ruth and Erick Elmstedt. She grew up in St. Paul and graduated from Monroe High School in 1974.

Debbie worked at Northwest Airlines for 15 years and then went on to work for Safe-Way Bus Company for over 20 years. She enjoyed driving the kids to school and had a route driving the circulator. Debbie was very personable; she loved meeting and getting to know people. She had a passion for shopping, and found joy in filling her home with little treasures.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and Erick Elmstedt, her brother, Brian Elmstedt, her life partner, Edmund Moran, and nephew, Erick Nocerini.

She is survived by siblings Colleen Nocerini, Gary Elmstedt and Linda Thury.

Deb will be deeply missed and cherished for her contagious laugh. She was truly one of a kind and adored by her family.

Deborah will be remembered for her kind, loving and generous spirit. She touched many lives while driving her school bus. The kids loved when Miss Debbie was their driver. She would always remember to bring treats on their birthdays.
