In Loving Memory of Dean P. Wyss

Dean Patrick Wyss, 42, son of John Wyss and Judy (Schneider) Wyss-Gordon, of Baldwin, WI, entered peacefully into heaven on December 31, 2023.

He was born March 25, 1981, in Duluth, MN. Dean grew up in Roberts, WI and graduated from St. Croix Central High School in 1999. Afterwards he went to vocational school for welding and blueprint reading. Dean spent many years working as a welder at Northern Metal Fab in Baldwin, WI, later joining the Millwrights Union Local 548. He was a proud volunteer firefighter with the Baldwin United Fire and Rescue Team from 2004-2014.

Dean married Dani and they had two daughters, Lydia and Scarlett. Later, they divorced. He loved spending time with his daughters.

Dean was an outdoorsman and seized any opportunity to have a bonfire, grill, or sit in a rocking chair and take in the country air.

He will be truly missed by his daughters Scarlett, Lydia and Alivia, mother Judy, his brother Mike, and Mike’s son, Jakob and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John Wyss, stepfather Bob Gordon and grandparents.

A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 2-4pm at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 1350 Florence Street, Baldwin WI 54002.
