Daryl Lee Robbins, 72, Park Rapids, MN passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022 at his home.

Daryl was born September 17, 1949 to Roy and Helen (Lundquist) Robbins in Park Rapids, MN. He grew up in Park Rapids and graduated from high school.

On October 12, 1968 he married his high school sweetheart, Evelyn Weekley. The day after their wedding they moved to Spokane, WA where Daryl worked for many years at the Spokane Steel Foundry.

Daryl and Evelyn returned to Park Rapids in 1990 and enjoyed their retirement years camping, traveling, and spending time with family.

Daryl enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, motorcycles, old trucks and FORDS! He loved gathering with family, playing games and card games, having barbecues, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Daryl was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. He will be greatly missed by his daughter and grandchildren.

Daryl is survived by his daughter, April Lynn Bower of Park Rapids; grandchildren, Tandra Robbins, Brennyn Robbins, Erika Hansen and Courtney Bower, all of Park Rapids; and great grandson, Rhett Lee Hansen (named after Daryl).

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Evelyn who passed in 2015; son, Darin Robbins who passed in January 2022; his parents, Roy and Helen; brothers, Donald, Kenneth, and Gary; sisters, Barbara Robbins, Beverly Martin, Janice Crist, Sharon Atkinson, and Wanda Sather.
