life story

Loving Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend

Survived by son Darren Sabas and daughter in law Jamie Sabas, son in-law Brent Ringate and Daughter Dana Ringate, grandchildren who referred to grandpa as Opa (grandpa in German), Makala Diaz, Olivia Ringate, Chloe Sabas, Carter Ringate, Mason Ringate, Grace Sabas, Owen Ringate, and Vanna Ringate, and brother-in-Law John VanWie and Sister Judy VanWie and lots of nieces and nephews. Danny lost his battle with cancer after fighting hard for the last year. He was a natural fisherman, out catching anyone that was his fishing buddy. Danny was a lover of Lobster, and fishing. He was hard working, his job at the transformation house has kept him busy for the last 20 years. His son once said if dad can’t fix it then no one can fix it. He was the life of the party in his younger days. As he aged, he could still crack a joke like no other, he loved his family as he always let you know in a message left or at the end of a conversation that he loved you. Life hasn’t always been the easiest for him, but we know this path has led him home to the Lord our savior in heaven. He will be missed by his children and grandchildren.
