Moss, Daniel A. age 65, of Brooklyn Center, peacefully passed away surrounded by his children on February 4, 2022. Dan never met a stranger, and brought a smile or a laugh to everyone who knew him. He will always be remembered for his humor, kindness, and love for the outdoors. He loved his family immensely, especially his grandchildren.

Born and raised in Minneapolis by Don & Alice Moss, Dan worked for Robbinsdale School District for over 35 years after graduating from Patrick Henry High School. After retirement, he built the lake home he had always wanted. He was always out fishing, hunting, four wheeling, or snowmobiling with family and friends. Many memories were made traveling as well.

Dan is survived by his; children, Brenda Kodl (Jason), Steven (Alyssa), Ryan (Asjla) and Kyle; 11 grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jada, Jenesis, Jaycie, Kaitlyn, Joab, Isak, Mason, Xander, Zeke, Enzo; siblings, Margie, David, Deedee, Don; special friend Brenda; and many other family and friends that have been part of Dan's life. He was preceded in death by; his wife, Caroline Moss; his parents; his sister Jeannie.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday at 12PM, Brookdale Covenant Church, 5139 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center. There will be a gathering for family and friends following the service. Private Family Interment at Gethsemane Cemetery.
