About Cindy

Cynthia Ilene Wells, also known as Cindy, passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 65 in Park Rapids, MN. She was born on April 28, 1958, in Los Angeles, California. Cindy was a loving and caring individual who had a passion for gardening and cherished her family.

Cindy is survived by the love of her life, Ron Wells, and her children: Davey Doris (Cindy), Jeremy Doris (Chrissy), Chad Doris, and Melissa Wells. She was also a doting grandmother to Abby Doris, Amber Doris, Kaitlyn Doris, Austin Doris, Riley Doris, Harlee Doris, and Shelby Doris.

Cindy was preceded in death by her mother, Laura Frye, father, Alfred, and sisters, Jeanie and Gloria.

Cindy found solace and strength in her faith and was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Detroit Lakes, MN. It was a place where she felt a sense of community and connection.

Cindy will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. May her soul rest in peace.
