Connie passed away peacefully at home with her loved ones at her side.

Connie was born January 15th, 1967. The day the Green Bay Packers took the first Super Bowl. Connie had a great love for the Packers and loved to watch them play. GO PACK GO

Connie is survived by her children Jacob (Valerie) Vandenberg, Kirsten Vandenberg, Hannah Vandenberg, Zachary (Alexis Hale) Carrick, Sydney Carrick. Grandchildren Emery Vandenberg, Liam Vandenberg, Laddie Bakkila, Kamden Loven, Sawyer Loven, Gavin Gilbert, Grayson Gilbert, Gretta Gilbert, Henry Vandenberg, Harlee Carrick. And many other close family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents William and Vera Graf.

At Connie's request, there will be no funeral or memorial service. Instead she askes that family and friends gather in her memorial and cherish memories together.
