Clara Jersak

Clara Jersak passed away peacefully on September 15, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Clara was born on April 27, 1939 in San Antonio, Texas, but lived most of her life in Minnetonka, Minnesota where she raised her children Bret, Brenda and Russell. Clara had a long, successful career as a sales director with Minnetonka Incorporated and their Soft Soft products, but her biggest passions in life were reading, golfing and sports. She played many golf courses around the world and could be heard cheering on her children and grandchildren in any sport. Clara loved her children, grandchildren and great grandson to the fullest, with phone calls, visits and words of encouragement. She was a strong, independent woman and was generous in every way. Her fashion sense was unmatched even when it was paired with her favorite golf hat. She is preceded in death by her mother Jane Palafox her Aunt Mary and grandson Justin William Jersak. She is survived by her chil- dren Bret Jersak, Brenda (Corey) Wilcock, and Russell (Kerrie) Jersak; her grandchildren Jamie, Joe (Alayna), Natalie and Ryan; and her great grandson Justin Robert Jersak. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Celebration of life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Grace Hospice is appreciated as they were so kind and compassionate in her care.
