The family of Chong Hui Hopf is deeply saddened to announce her passing on April 13, 2026 in Stillwater, Minnesota, born on December 24, 1935 in Incheon, South Korea.

Chong Hui lived a full and remarkable life. She touched the hearts of everyone that met her. Chong Hui will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Anna (Isaac), Grandchildren: Haley, Joseph, Vincent and Isabella, family in the US and South Korea and by her many friends.

A celebration of life will be held at Embrace Church in Lakeland, Minnesota on May 9, 2026 with visitation at 10:30am and service at 11am. Lunch will be at Afton House Inn at 1pm.

The family would like to thank Lakeview Hospice and Estates at Greeley for their compassion and care.
