Charlotte was born on November 19, 1935 to Earl and Amelia (Lubach) Bandy in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

At the age of 19, Charlotte moved to the Twin Cities. She worked at the St. Paul Hotel, Becky’s Cafeteria, Shriner Hospital, and Steven Fabrics Co.

Music was something Charlotte enjoyed. She was a member of the church choir and played the accordion by ear. Other pleasures in Charlotte’s life were putting together jigsaw puzzles, cooking, crocheting, sewing, and shopping at thrift and antique shops.

Charlotte was predeceased by her parents, her siblings Joseph Roland Reif, John Bandy, Esther Hadden, and Joyce Bandy, as well as stepson Chester Dobe.

She is survived by stepson Wes (Kathy) Dobe and their daughter Alana, as well as nieces, nephews, and special friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 5 at New Perspective in Waconia.

Charlotte was appreciative to all caregivers and special friends Deb and Duane Bickett, Peggy and Gerald Klingberg, Robert Roman, Brenda Armstrong, and lifetime friend Donna and her husband Duane. She would especially like to thank Dr. Todd Holcomb for his care and friendship.
