Charles "Chuck" Albert Atkins 73

Born August 5, 1950 - Passed Away February 27, 2024

Chuck passed in his sleep at home in Maple Grove, MN. Chuck graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1968. He served in the US Army stationed in Korea for most of his tour. Upon returning he spent his career as a US Postal Worker.

Preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Betty, Sister Maryjane, Brother Richard Jr. and Brother in-Law Shorty Curtis.

Survived by Wife Mida, Siblings Nancyjean, Suzann, Bill, Pat (Patty), Mary (Steve), Sister in-Law Maryellen, Nieces, Nephews and many other Family members.

Celebration of Life will be held on Friday March 22, 2024 from 2pm - 5pm indoors at the:

Eagle Lake Community Building at Thoreson Park

6259 Eagle Lake Dr., Maple Grove, MN 55369

Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Tuesday March 26, 2024 at 2:00 with an arrival time of 1:45 at Assembly Area 2. Enter through Gate 2 just past the Main Gate. Chuck will have a short service with full military honors.
