Cecil was a man of few words, but when he did have something to say, people listened. He always spoke more when there was a hood up, and a tool in his hand.

Cecil Carl Wadena was born in White Earth, MN, February 2nd, 1938, and passed away on May 24, 2026, at the age of 88.

Cecil was a beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.

Cecil is proceeded in death by his loving wife Connie; parents Richard Chesley and Margaret Marcy; brothers Sonny and Delwayne; sister Evanelle.

Cecil is survived by his kids Richard, Tony (Dennise) and Andrea (Brad); grandchildren Jesie, Jenna, Hector, Cecilia, Isaiah, Leah, Cheech, Isabella and Oscar; great grandson Wesley; brothers Walter, Edgar and Wesley; sisters Donna and Arlene; many nieces and nephews; and long-time beloved friend Olivia to both he and Connie.
