Cecelia B Frenzel passed away on October 25, 2026 in Brooklyn Center, MN. Cecelia was a beloved sister and friend. She was born in Blackduck, MN, the daughter of Frederick and Elizabeth (Betty) Frenzel (Neft) of Shooks, MN. Cecelia lived for most of her adult life in Castro Valley, California. She was a driver for Alameda Contra Costa Transit Authority in the East Bay area for 34 years. Cecelia always had a smile and friendly greeting for her riders and won many safe driver awards. She was a pro! Cecelia loved to cook and was an excellent one. Her friends and neighbors were always happy when they knew Cecelia was making dinner for them. Cecelia loved to walk and especially enjoyed walking along the San Francisco Bay waterfront and the Pacific Ocean. She was preceded in death by her parents Frederick and Betty Frenzel and her brother Charles. She is survived by her siblings and many nieces and nephews.
