Catherine Siri Sat Ann Liska

life story

A bright shining spirit

Catherine was a joy and bright light to those who were fortunate enough to know her. She was vastly talented and imbued her interests with passion and energy. Growing up she learned to sew and play piano, showing a creative spirit that eventually led her to study textile design, music and architecture. But her great passion for many years was dancing. She was a member of the Jawaahir Dance Company and part of the Middle-Eastern dance community. She also became a certified yoga instructor and a certified Somatic Movement Therapist, along with a number of other body/mind/energy healing modalities. Eager to help people heal and develop healthier life habits, she created Inner-Lotus and later Vibrant Joy Movement as her professional practices. An avid gardener, she enjoyed getting her hands dirty in her large garden. She also enjoyed travelling and making outstanding desserts.

She will ever be missed.
