Catherine "Cathy" Ruth Aberwald

Catherine (Cathy) Ruth Aberwald, age 75, Maplewood, MN, passed peacefully from this life into the next on May 27, 2026. She was born on October 3, 1950, in St. Paul, MN, to Joseph and Ruth (Weber) Aberwald. She attended Derham Hall High School in St. Paul and a year at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. She is survived by sisters Susan (Michael) Holwald and Mary Jo (James) Bartels, brother Thomas (Ruth) Aberwald, niece and nephews. A private service will be held at a later date. The family wishes to thank the Maple Hill Senior Living and St. Croix Hospice staff.
