About Carolyn

Age 85 Passed away suddenly on Feb 16, 2021. Carolyn was born and raised in Mendota Heights and Eagan. Preceded in death by her parents Joan and Eric Heuer and siblings Terrence Heuer, Marlene Fredrickson, Aveline Roubal and Joan Bruneau. She is survived by her son Ken Lupelow (Bernice), daughter Angela Regan and her special granddaughter Katelyn Regan, and brother Doug Heuer. Many nieces, nephews and friends. Everyone that knew my mom knows she was a unique personality with a lot of character. (Published by Pioneer Press on Feb. 21, 2021)
