Carole Marie Pavek

Carole Marie Kruger, nee Pavek, 81, of Cottage Grove Minnesota, passed away on January 30, 2023 in Inver Grove Heights Minnesota. Carole was born in Owatonna Minnesota to Edward and Helen Pavek on December 11, 1941. She was a 1959 graduate from Marian High School (closed 1975) in Owatonna Minnesota. She married Arnold Lawrence Kruger on May 5, 1962 in Owatonna Minnesota. On March 19, 1963 their daughter Dawn Marie, née Kruger, Gebhard was born. In the Spring of 2008, Carole celebrated 29 years of employment as a Trained Medication Assistant at St. Mary’s Home (closed 2010) in St. Paul Minnesota. She was also a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary.  Carole is preceded in death by her Grandmother Rose Jirele, Mother Helen, Father Edward, Brother Inlaw T. Paul Olberding and Nephew Kevin Olberding. Carole is survived by her Spouse Arnold Kruger: Daughter Dawn Gebhard (Tim): Brother Robert Pavek (Diane): Sister Jeanne Olberding (Special friend Marvin): Grandson Mathew Gebhard: Many nieces and nephews.
